Welcome to Mountain Man Rendezvous
 at Silver Creek!

Join us in celebrating the accomplishments and courage of the American Mountain Man. It is estimated that approximately 3,000 mountain men ranged the mountains of North America between 1820 and 1840.  They explored the rivers and streams, mastered the mountains, tamed wild beasts, and lived among and befriended the Native Americans.  The skills they developed allowed them to survive and prosper in a new and uncharted landscape.  

Just as those mighty men left their legacy for us to enjoy, each young varsity scout is at the cusp of exploring the world as it is set before them.  The skills, tools, and knowledge gained through their scouting experience will help to prepare them for their own exciting life adventure.  We encourage each young man to blaze their own trail.
